Shipping Overview

We aim to have your order packed and dispatched within two business days from date of order. Unfortunately depending on demand there may be some delays in dispatching orders. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping guarantees vary depending on the chosen shipment method. 

Damages as a Result of Shipping

Damages during shipping are a rarity but may happen. Damages to the packaging will not be deemed as damage to the product. A replacement or refund will be provided for any damaged product. Please email sales@caseworksdesigns.com to report any damaged shipments.
